DASH Diet Breakfast Recipe 9 :White Bean & Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

-2 slices of your favorite bread
-1/4 avocado, mashed
-1/4 cup cooked white beans
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Optional: Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread to your desired doneness.

2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the white beans, olive oil, salt and pepper until combined.

3. Spread the avocado mixture over each piece of toast.

4. Top with optional chopped fresh parsley.

5. Enjoy!
