DASH Diet Breakfast Recipe 10 :Peanut Butter-Banana Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients:

– 2 slices of bread
– 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
– 1 banana, sliced
– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Spread the peanut butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

3. Arrange the banana slices on one slice of bread.

4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the banana slices.

5. Place the other slice of bread, peanut butter side down, on top of the banana slices.

6. Brush the melted butter on both sides of the sandwich.

7. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!
