Ingredients:
– 1 cup diced pineapple
– 1 cup spinach
– 1 frozen banana
– 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place the diced pineapple, spinach, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk and honey (if using) in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
